KUWAIT CITY: Weather forecasters said Kuwait will experience a bitterly cold winter this year and temperatures will drop in the next few days, reports Al-Qabas daily. Astronomer Adel Al- Saadoun explained the recent rain shower is an indicator of the coming heavy rains.
