Kuwait taekwondo team win 5 medals

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 16, (KUNA): Deputy Director of the Public Authority for Sports Dr Hamoud Fulaitah praised the Taekwondo champions from Al-Sahel Club for their achievements in the Open National Competition which was recently held in India. The Kuwaiti participants won three gold medals, one silver medal and one bronze medal.

Fulaitah said this after receiving in his office the Treasurer of Al-Sahel Club Faleh Al-Daihani and Taekwondo champions Bader Al-Qahtani, Talal Al-Qahtani and Abdullatif Al-Qahtani.

He thanked the father of these champions for covering the expenses of his sons’ participation in the competition.

Meanwhile, the Director of Sports Organizations Suad Hakeem revealed her happiness concerning this achievement, commending the family for their efforts.
