KUWAIT CITY, Oct 2: Al-Kuwait SC defeated Fahaheel 2-1 on Sunday, while Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Nasr drew (0-0) in the fifth round of the Kuwaiti Football Premier League (Zain League).
Kuwait SC playing at Al-Kuwait Club Stadium against Fahaheel won by 2-1 increasing its points to 12 points while Fahaheel remained on 6 points on 7h place. Youssef bin Souda scored the goal of Fahaheel in the 27th minute through a penalty kick, while Yassin Al-Khenisi scored the equalizer for Kuwait SC in the 53rd minute, later Youssef Nasser added the winning goal in the 90th minute.
In the other match, Al-Qadisiya tied with its host Al-Nasr with a score of 0-0, Qadisya failed to take advantage of 10 men team of Al-Nasr after goalkeeper Khalifa Rahil was sent off in the 17th minute. Qadisya are on fifth position with seven points, while Al-Nasr ranked eighth with five points.
