Kuwait prepared for stadium inauguration

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: Director General of the Public Authority for Sports Sheikh Ahmad Al-Mansour has confirmed that diligent efforts are being exerted to guarantee the success of the ceremony for the inauguration of Jaber Stadium on Dec 18.

In a press statement, Sheikh Ahmad said all the concerned authorities are performing their duties well to ensure the success of this historic event. He hailed Head of Organizing Committee Sheikh Mohammed Al-Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Minister of Information and State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Al-Hummoud, and the committee members for their dedication in taking all the necessary measures to fully prepare for the much-awaited inauguration of the stadium.

He disclosed the authority has obtained an official and accredited certificate from one of the biggest British consulting offices which affirmed the stadium is completely ready for hosting big sports events.
