KNPC obtains approval to change order

KUWAIT CITY, April 15: Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has obtained approval to change the order for the second time; thereby, increasing the cost to KD4.3 million (11.1 percent) for the machine maintenance works contract of Mina Abdullah Refinery with Heavy Engineering Industries Company in order to cover the cost of transferring 50 Kuwaiti employees from the Mina Al-Shuaiba contract to that of Mina Abdullah, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.
