KUWAIT CITY, May 30: Ahmadi securitymen have identified the body of an unknown person found in the vehicle registered under the name of a Ukrainian, says Al-Seyassah.
Officers from the Criminal Evidence Department said the corpse was that of a Russian who was murdered 10 days ago and the killer use a bag to smother him.
Securitymen later arrested a Ukrainian while he was trying to leave the country as he is suspected of being behind the murder of the Russian. Investigations also revealed that another Ukrainian left the country one month ago.
