Kidnapped Kuwaiti girl rescued

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23: Police foiled the attempt of an unidentified person to kidnap an unidentified Kuwaiti woman, whose age has not been given, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the suspect kidnapped the woman from in front of her house.

The father who witnessed the incident followed the kidnapper and continued chasing the man and at the same time remained in contact with the police. Police took over the chase from the King Fahd Expressway and continued pursuing the man and forced him to pull over.

The girl was rescued and handed over to the father and the suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was taken to the Mina Abdullah Police Station for interrogation.
