KIB continues services through electronic channels

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22: Kuwait International Bank announced the continuation of providing electronic banking services to various clients inside and outside Kuwait during Eid Al-Adha holiday, in line with the exerted efforts to maintain constant connection with its customers and meet their needs on this occasion and at all times.

KIB noted that its electronic banking services will be available round the clock so that its clients may follow and complete their normal duties without delay, whether through “KIB Mobile”, short message service “SMS”, or communicate with KIB through any mobile phone without the need to use the Internet service , as well as its website services (www.KIB.com.kw).

This is in addition to the telephone call center service “Al-Dawli Wayak” on (1866866), which offers various services around the clock through an efficient human cadre well qualified and trained to use the advanced technology which enhances their readiness to deal with customers in a professional manner, especially in such occasions and throughout the year.

KIB also announced its readiness to meet the expected demand to increase the withdrawals during the holiday through the supplied sufficient liquidity in KIB ATMs which cover different geographical areas and operate 24 hours a day, so that customers can follow and accomplish their banking business without any delay.
