Jazeera Airways adds 3 new destinations

KUWAIT CITY, June 24: Kuwait’s Jazeera Airways announced Thursday three new destinations to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, the Turkish city of Antalya, and Kyrgyzstan’s capital, Bishkek, as of next July. In a press statement, Jazeera said that the first flights between Kuwait and Uzbekistan will be on Saturday and Tuesday of each week, adding that the reason for choosing this destination is due to the growth of trade relations between the two countries during the past years.

It also noted that the flights towards the Turkish city of Antalya will start on July 2, while the flights to the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek, on June 26, pointing out that these two destinations witnessed high demand as it is safe and ideal places for families. Jazeera Airways was established in 2004 and listed on the Kuwait Bourse in 2008, and its flights limited to low-cost air transport operations in the region. (KUNA)
