Ivorian arrested over death of her illegitimate child

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 9:  The Ministry of Interior reported in the early hours about a child’s body in a room in the Jleeb area. An African expat from Côte d’Ivoire stated that the child which was born out of wedlock had died, she denied killing or neglecting the child.

She has been detained at Jleeb police station and the body of the child has been referred to the forensic department to find the cause of the death. The investigation is underway to find the identity of the expats with whom she had a forbidden relationship.
