KUWAIT CITY, Jan 23: Personnel from the General Department for Criminal Investigation have referred an unidentified person to the Public Prosecution for allegedly attempting to set fire to his bedoun friend, reports Al-Shahed daily. It has been reported the suspect posted a clip on the social networking website. In the clip he is seen setting fire to his friend and this angered his followers on Twitter. In the meantime, police are looking for the bedoun who carries the citizenship of the Dominican Republic. During interrogation, the friend said it was a joke and that both of them had agreed to take part in the ‘act’.
