KUWAIT CITY, July 17: Customs officers at Kuwait International Airport foiled an Indian’s attempt to smuggle drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. According to Air Customs Director Waleed Al-Nasser, an inspector suspected the Indian who looked agitated upon approaching the luggage inspection desk at the arrival area. The inspector found five bags of sweets containing drugs in the luggage of the suspect. A case was registered and the suspect was referred to the concerned security department, along with the confiscated drugs. By Munaif Nayef Al-Seyassah Staff and Agencies
