KUWAIT CITY, May 12: An Indian expatriate was arrested for having an illicit relationship with an Asian woman and disappearing, reports Al-Seyassah daily.According to security sources, the woman lodged a complaint against the suspect, accusing him of having sex with her and then disappearing. A case was filed against him. He was arrested and referred to the Criminal Investigations Department for necessary legal action.
