Indian caught drunk

KUWAIT CITY, June 22: Police have arrested an Indian driver for consuming alcohol and sleeping in the basement of a neighbor’s house, reports Al-Rai daily. According to sources the man works for a Kuwaiti family and after drinking alcohol he went and slept in the basement of the neighboring house. He was arrested after the neighbor returned from Al-Fajr prayers and called the police. At the time of arrest alcohol smell was coming from the mouth of the suspect.

Liquor seized: Police have arrested an Asian man and are looking for another for bootlegging, reports Al-Shahed daily. A police source said the Asian was arrested in Khaitan after he attempted to escape leaving behind the booze filled in polyethylene bags inside his car. The suspect was arrested in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and when police ordered him to stop; he parked on the side of the road, got out of the car and continued running.
