India to open airspace for residence violators on May 5th

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 18: As the amnesty centers for violators continued to receive violators from the Indian community, for the third day, security sources revealed an agreement that the Indian authorities will open their airspace to receive violators starting from May 5th

he amnesty centers designated to receive residence violators in Farwaniya and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh areas received large numbers of the Indian expats on third consecutive day to take advantage from the decision of the Ministry of Interior to return to their country without paying fines with travel cost incurred by Kuwait with a hope of returning back.


Sources stated that the Kuwaiti and Indian foreign ministries and the General Administration of Civil Aviation had been coordinated to open the Indian airspace to receive their violating citizens via Kuwaiti airways and Jazeera Airways, on May 5. 

The sources said that the Ministry of Interior is seeking, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies of countries, to open the atmosphere for receiving violating citizens, as the numbers of violators expected to benefit from the decision of the Ministry of Interior to facilitate and exempt violators from fines and return to Kuwait legally, allowing them to practice work formally, from violating communities. All may reach 35 thousand violators only out of 168 thousand.
