Imprisonment and fine up to 10,000 KD for breaking curfew

 KUWAIT CITY, Mar 5: The Ministry of Interior has developed a plan to impose curfew throughout the country with mechanisms with police personnel in cooperation with the National Guard and the Ministry of Defense. The sectors will be distributed according to the population in those areas to have control over the citizens and expats.


Only those who have permits are authorized to move out during the curfew, those who violate the permit will be cancelled and a case of breaking curfew will be recorded and legal measures will be taken against them.
Patients will be able to access health centers by taking appointments where barcodes will be scanned, reports Al Rai.  Kuwaiti citizens and expats are not allowed to walk around nor use bicycles during curfew hours.


The team will monitor all diwaniyas, farms, chalets, and bridges to keep a check on any illegal gathering of persons and family members, if they are held they will be referred to competent authorities where it will be determined to imprison or fine up-to 10,000 dinars.
