KUWAIT CITY, June 12: An Indian expat was arrested with possession of half kg heroin and meth (shabu) in Salmiya area. Sources stated that when he saw police patrol he ran away.
Upon his arrest it was found that he was a residence violator who did not have a valid residence permit. In his hand he had a large bag containing drugs. He is being referred to the competent authority in order to take the necessary legal measures against him
