KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: Al-Nuwaiseeb border crossing with Saudi Arabia in the south of the country witnessed a remarkable transit movement last weekend, when 31,725 cars crossed the border – with 15,890 cars entering the country and 15,835 leaving, reports Al-Rai daily.
The customs officer at the port, Bilal Al-Khamis, told the daily this was due to the moderate weather and rainfall that witnessed the movement of cars and people. He added Thursday port was in a state of alert and said 10 counters were opened in each direction, to facilitate the movement of entry and exit of passengers in cooperation with personnel from the Ministry of Interior
