‘Hike traffic fines’

KUWAIT CITY, May 1: Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Major-General Abdullah Al-Muhanna said the ministry is proposing to increase the value of traffic fines by 50 or 100 percent, reports Al-Anba daily.

However, he added, the proposal needs the stamp of the National Assembly.
