KUWAIT CITY, Sept 8: The Seventh Administrative Department at the First Instance Court held its first session on a petition to cancel the Cabinet’s decision to limit the entry to various facilities only to those who have been vaccinated against Corona, reports Al-Anba daily. The department decided to postpone the hearing until Oct 31 for the government to respond to the petition. During the first session, the petitioner — Attorney Zayed Al- Suwait — challenged the constitutionality of the decision. He argued this is a form of discrimination that violates Article 29 of the Constitution, which states: “All people are equal in human dignity and in public rights and duties before the law, without distinction based on gender, origin, language or religion.”
