KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior announced the formation of an immediate investigation committee regarding the entry and exit of a Gulf singer without adhering to the procedures of the quarantine protocol and the ‘Shlonik’ application, reports Al-Rai daily.

Qatari singer Fahd Al-Kubaisi and Emirati artist Ahlam Al Shamsi

This came after the Ministry of Interior received a report from the Ministry of Health against the Qatari singer and her companions for violating the quarantine protocol, and measures are being taken against them.

In videos published by the Emirati artist, she says that she arrived in Kuwait to attend a wedding, but she could not leave the country after that, as she was asked to be quarantined for 72 hours. Ahlam says that Qatari singer Fahd Al-Kubaisi was able to leave the country after the concert without being quarantined.
