Gulf citizen held with cigarette cartons

KUWAIT CITY, April 10: The customs authorities at the Nuwaiseeb border post have seized the citizen of an unidentified Gulf state for allegedly attempting to smuggle cigarette cartons out of the country. He was reportedly driving a vehicle registered in Kuwait. The contraband and the suspect have been referred to the concerned authorities.
