Criminal Security Men at the Electronic Crime Section of the Interior Ministry arrested a gang of Asians led by an Arab expatriate for engaging in online prostitution. A security source said securitymen apprehended five Asian ladies and their Arab pimp who contacted and lured the youth via social media to engage in sexual acts.
Apparently, the pimp kept half of the proceeds from the sex trade under the pretext of providing the ladies shelter and protection. One of the girls confessed showing private parts to clients online and charging them KD50 for sex and related services. Necessary action has since been taken against all suspects.
