‘Food trucks’ spreads across Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: With the spread of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by Kuwaiti youth, a new idea of mobile restaurants called ‘Food Truck’ has emerged, reports Annahar daily.

It is designed for the purpose and equipped with certain specifications to prepare and ensure the safety of food according to the standing health and nutritional requirements for food and beverages. Each food truck is different in shape, design and decor depending on the nature of the food provided.
