KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: A Filipina has filed a complaint with a police station in the Capital Governorate accusing an unidentified person of attempting to kidnap her while she was in Bneid Al-Qar, reports Al-Rai daily. In her complaint, the woman said the suspect took her to a yard in Al-Wafra and beat her and molested her. The complainant has submitted a medical report. Police are looking for the suspect.
