KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27: Ahmadi Governor Sheikh Fawaz Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will raise the flag of Kuwait at the headquarters of Ahmadi Governorate on Tuesday, Jan 29 in order to kick off the celebrations of the National Day and Liberation Day of Kuwait and the 13th anniversary of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s ascension to power.
According to a press release, the flag-hoisting ceremony will be attended by a large number of citizens, and will include a speech delivered by Sheikh Fawaz Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. A show titled “Our heritage is the resource of our present” will be presented by the students of Ahmadi Educational Zone
