The Filipino Badminton Committee in Kuwait (FBC) concluded its 72nd Badminton Tournament on Friday at the Kuwait Disabled Sports Club in Hawally with veteran and amateur badminton players participating in the event.

All players displayed their best form as they battled it out with the best players.

The veteran smashers from Levels A&B, the equally aggressive players from Level C and the new and upcoming badminton players of Level D showcased intensified performances aiming to bag the championship cup.

Meanwhile, the registration is now on for the 73rd regular tournament that will kick off on July 15 and end on July 29, 2016.

FBC President Jimmy Carandang is inviting all badminton enthusiasts to register and join every Friday in their regular tournaments from 8 am to 1 pm and adults/kids badminton coaching/tutorial and court rental from 1 pm to 5 pm.

2nd Runner up: Michael Mills, Mylene Soriano

Level D

Champion: Jessa Mae BreveDumlao, Marilou Dotillos

1st Runner up: Imee Alvarez, Mary Christaine De Guzman
