KUWAIT CITY, Aug 10: While the Ministry of Education is working on its plan for the resumption of traditional classes in public and private schools, hundreds of teachers hired by foreign, private schools are facing a crisis in entering Kuwait, reports Al- Jarida daily quoting sources. Sources explained the problem lies in the requirements for registering vaccination certificates on the Ministry of Health website for approval, indicating the civil ID number is needed to upload the certificates. Because the above-mentioned teachers are newly hired; new work visas were issued to them and most of them are of foreign nationalities, not Arabs. The Private Schools Union had earlier asked the Corona Emergency Committee to obtain entry visas for foreign private school teachers, sources disclosed.
