Eve teaser arrested

KUWAIT CITY, June 12: Police have arrested an unidentified youth who falls in the category of those who lurk around shopping malls and other places frequented by young women to harass them and was wearing brand clothes and driving a porch car, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the arrest came when the youth began flirting an unidentified woman and the latter complained to the guard of the complex and sought police help. When police took the suspect into custody, they discovered the man was wanted by law for failing to pay debt. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities
