KUWAIT CITY, June 11: Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department recently raided an apartment in Mangaf and arrested an European citizen for turning his apartment into a gambling den, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily added, police acting on a tip-off and after carrying out intensive investigations got a search and arrest warrant from the Public Prosecutor. During the raid police seized gambling tools, money and bottles of whisky and referred the ‘gamblers’ to the authorities.‘Rapists’ nabbed: Security operatives from Jahra managed to arrest the three youths who kidnapped and sodomized a 14-year old Bedoun in Waha area while he was walking to a mosque to perform Taraweeh prayer few days ago, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The suspects are said to have stopped their car and bundled the victim and drove to a desert where they raped him successively.
