‘Euro fighters’ deal near

KUWAIT CITY, March 18: The Chief Executive Officer of the Italian aerospace company Finmeccanica Mauro Moretti indicated that his company is close to completing the ‘Euro fighters’ deal with Kuwait, reports Al-Rai daily. He said this during a special conference held by Finmeccanica to declare its achievements of 2015.
Moretti explained that the repeated delays in completing this big deal was because of the negative pressures imposed on the company’s shares which resulted in the company’s declaration about revising the future plans of the DRS Technologies Company which it bought from the USA in 2008 and its plan to sell a part of that company.
