Eiffel Tower evacuated due to bomb threat

PARIS, Sept 23 French authorities on Wednesday evacuated the iconic Eiffel Tower of visitors after a bomb threat.

The French news channel, BFMTV, said security personnel ordered people to leave the landmark after police received a call from an anonymous person claiming a bomb was planted at the tower.
