KUWAIT CITY, Apr 20: A police force managed to restore law and order after a large number of Egyptians started shouting ‘We want to go home’. They want the concerned authorities to expedite their return home, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The daily added, the security authorities pacified the protesters by informing them that the efforts are underway in coordination with the Egyptian embassy to facilitate their departure to Cairo at the earliest.

The source pointed out the Ministry of Interior in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is doing everything in its capacity to ‘repatriate’ the Egyptians to their home country.

They include residence law violators who number 5,241 violators, including women and children. The source added the Ministry of Interior provides them all their humanitarian needs including food and others.
