Egyptian women in drug trafficking

KUWAIT CITY, April 29: Police have arrested a 39-year-old Egyptian woman for trading in drugs — meth, heroin and narcotic pills, reports Al-Rai daily. Initially the woman was caught for reckless driving on an open ground in Salwa and when she saw a police vehicle driving in her direction, she threw out a bag from the window of the moving car. Police found in the bag 32 sachets of heroin, 20 sachets of meth and some narcotic pills.
The woman was also disoriented at the time of arrest. The trafficker and the contraband have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control. Meanwhile, police have arrested a Kuwaiti couple and an Iranian woman for possessing and consuming narcotics, reports Al-Rai daily. The trio was caught while riding in a car in Salmiya.
The person behind the wheel has also been charged with reckless driving. Police have seized from them 24 narcotic pills. They have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control.
