Egyptian Salesman found in drugs business

During crackdown on crime and criminals, personnel from the Farwaniya Police Station have arrested an Egyptian who works for a medicine distribution company for trafficking in drugs, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the man taking advantage of his profession was selling drugs. The arrest came during routine patrolling. The man looked disoriented when police checked his ID and when securitymen searched his vehicle, they found in his possession 60 drugs pills, 20 grams of heroin and 10 grams of shabu.

School high-handedness: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Farwaniya Police Station accusing a school department in the same area of severely beating her son – student of the primary section, reports Al-Anba daily. The complainant has provided the police a medical report. She accused the Arabic teacher and principal of the school. She added when she went to collect her children from school she saw the victim’s brother helping him because he had difficulty walking. The victim said the deputy principal, the principal and the teacher of Arabic school beat him and prevented him from attending two subjects. When the mother went to the principal of the school, she was shocked at the intervention of the assistant undersecretary of the school who threatened her more than once to dismiss her children from the school. When the school management assaulted and attacked the complainant, she informed the operations room and filed a complaint with police station of the area. She added when she went to Area Educational Zone to file a complaint, she discovered the school had already filed a similar complaint against her. The complaint has now been filed with the Ministry of Education and a case registered with the Public Prosecution.

Wanted man held: A 1973 born citizen wanted by law and had been sentenced in absentia for 11 years of prison, has been referred to Criminal Enforcement Department, reports Al- Anba daily. The arrest came during routine patrolling in Sabah Al-Nasser area, while the patrols men suspected in a motorist was driving expensive tinted car, then they stopped him to write citation, when they checked his data in the system, they found him wanted by law in the ground of thefts and plunder cases.
