Drugs with Kuwaitis – Spare-parts fake?

KUWAIT CITY, May 17: Three Kuwaiti citizens and a Bedoun man were arrested in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia in Jahra area. According to security sources, Jahra securitymen were patrolling old Jahra area when they noticed a vehicle speeding away as soon as the driver noticed the patrol vehicle. When they ordered the driver to pull over, he ignored them and sped away. Securitymen chased him and eventually forced him to stop the vehicle.

They checked the civil ID of the driver to discover he is a Kuwaiti citizen while his three passengers are two citizens and a Bedoun. They also discovered that the Bedoun man was wanted by law for his involvement in four cases. Securitymen checked the vehicle to find drugs and drug paraphernalia. The four suspects were arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.

Manager beaten: A quarrel broke out between a Kuwaiti citizen and an Arab manager of spare parts in a garage in Fahaheel area over the authenticity of the spare parts sold in the garage. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the quarrel, Ahmadi securitymen rushed to the location and saw the citizen hitting the Arab expatriate.

They settled the quarrel and questioned the citizen who informed them that he doubted the authenticity of the spare parts which was the reason behind the quarrel. A case was registered.
