‘Drugged’ e-cigarettes dealer arrested

KUWAIT CITY, May 27: Personnel from the General Department for Drugs Control have arrested a Kuwaiti for trading in electronic cigarettes containing marijuana and cannabis essence in liquid form, reports Al-Rai daily.
A security source said the suspect was seized in Fintas for smoking an electronic cigarette. During interrogation he admitted to buying the cigarettes from an unidentified drug dealer.
After getting a search and arrest warrant from the Public Prosecutor, securitymen raided the home of the dealer and seized 69 similar cigarettes.
The dealer admitted to bringing the cigarettes from the United States of America. He admitted to smuggling into the country and selling 300 cigarettes on an earlier occasion
