Drug addict arrested with Captagon pills n firearms

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: A person in abnormal condition was arrested for driving his vehicle in a zigzag manner, when he was searched, Fire arms, Captagon pills, hashish and money which were likely to be the proceeds of a sale that was found in his possession. The young man has been referred to the competent authorities to take legal action against him.
