‘Drifter’ nabbed for endangering lives

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 23: The General Traffic Department have arrested a motorist for reckless driving on a highway and charged him with endangering his life and the life of other road users, reports Al-Anba daily. The arrest came immediately after the photo of the vehicle was published in the social media. The vehicle has been impounded and towed to the police garage.
