‘Don’t sell, return MoH property’

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 4: The Ministry of Health said the medical devices that are given to patients to be used in their homes are public property, and should be returned to the ministry in whatever condition the device may be when the patient feels he/she no longer requires it, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The ministry issued the statement after discovering one of the patients who were given the device offered it for sale through an advertisement. The Ministry is keen to provide help to patients, but at the same time the Ministry confirms those who misuse this facility are prone to the penalty of the law. The Ministry also appeals to all citizens and residents to cooperate and report any violations in this regard.
