KUWAIT CITY, March 5: An elderly unidentified woman appeared before a judge after her only son wanted to sell the house, reports Al-Qabas daily. The daily added, legally the son has the right to sell the house, but the woman pleaded in front of the judge not to let her son sell the house saying, “Do not sell my house, my son will send me to the home for the elderly, please let him wait till I die.” “Although the son has the right to sell the house, mercy is higher than the law in this case,” lawyers said. The daily did not give more details.
