KUWAIT CITY, Jan 29: Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic and Operations Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Major General Jamal Al Sayegh issued a circular to all traffic departments and service centers, advising the public not to tear the lower part of the vehicle registration book starting from Sunday as this part contains the name in English and previous insurance of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, a security source told the daily that the Technical Inspection Department will carry out two surprise inspection campaigns a week targeting violations related to vehicles, neglected vehicles, smoking, sound and painting.
