‘Dhaman’ completes recruitment plan

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) has announced implementation of the new phase of its plan to complete its human resources system and employ a group of medical and administrative personnel to meet its future needs, reports Al Rai daily.

The step coincides with the operation of Dhaman Primary Healthcare centers this year to oversee the treatment of expatriates in Kuwait.

The company has since completed preparations and fulfilled the needed human, technical and administrative requirements, and effectively completed a high proportion of its functional specifications to activate the first phase of the project covering all governorates in coordination with the Ministry of Health.

It explained that candidacy for medical posts published is conditional on a set of rigorous professional standards that require the approval of DataFlow Group to verify the original sources of documents in order to complete the work program of the company’s recruitment plans and programs, and to investigate the origin of certificates and credentials of the candidates to ensure the highest level of functional organization and ensure that medical staff possess the needed skill and abilities.
