DGCA to assess performance of 3,600 employees & grant bonus

KUWAIT CITY, April 30: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) will assess the performance of 3,600 employees and grant excellent performance bonus to deserving employees by the end of May, reports Al- Anba daily quoting sources. Sources disclosed the Personnel Affairs Committee at DGCA has distributed the assessment forms to all sectors and departments.

Sources affirmed the DGCA fully abides by the conditions and bylaws of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), as well as the directorate’s control mechanisms, to ensure that the bonus is paid only to deserving employees. Sources said the DGCA has asked the Ministry of Finance to allocate additional budget for the bonus of about 1,700 employees.
