KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: Kuwait’s Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi hailed on Thursday the strong and deeply-rooted Kuwaiti-Indian relations, stressing keenness of both sides to develop them further.
In statements to reporters on the sidelines of his participation in the Indian Embassy’s celebration of the National Day, Al-Otaibi noted that Kuwait was one of the leading countries to invest in India in a variety of domains.
He also referred to the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) financing of many infrastructure and developmental projects in India.
The deputy minister added that Kuwait hosted over one million Indian workers who remarkably contribute to the state development and renaissance through their work in the public and private sectors. (KUNA)
