Defence worker among trio held for homes and apartments robberies

KUWAIT CITY, June 4: Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested three non-Kuwaitis, one of them an employee of the Ministry of Defence for breaking into homes and stealing valuables, reports Al-Rai daily.

The thieves were identified from CCTV footage after they broke into an apartment in a residential complex in Sabah Al-Salem. The daily added, the CID men put the three men under surveillance and caught one of them in Mansouriya, the other in Jahra and the military man at his work place. During interrogation the men are said to have admitted to the charge and said they stole valuables from homes and apartments in various parts of Kuwait.
