Decomposed body found in an abandoned building

KUWAIT CITY, March 7: A body has been found in a decomposed state in the basement of an abandoned building in Salhiya area. Along with the body an empty wallet and a mobile phone was found. The identity of the body is yet to be found, the body has been referred to the forensics department to know the cause. The security men found no documents nor money in the wallet and a locked smartphone. Investigation is underway to know the identity of the body.
