Dead body dumped; 20 persons held for various crimes

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: Security authorities are looking for an Asian motorist who abandoned the body of an Asian woman at the front gate of Ferdous Clinic, says Al-Seyassah. The suspect born in 1961 went to the area police station claiming he drove the woman to the front gate of the clinic while she was still alive, and denied dumping her corpse at the location. He has since been detained pending investigation to determine the cause of death.

20 persons held: General Security Directorate conducted several security campaigns that resulted in arrest of 20 wanted people for various criminal and civil offenses, in addition to three residency violators who were without any form of identification documents, says Al-Seyassah. Also, the campaign resulted in the arrest of seven individuals involved in narcotic-related crimes, manufacturing alcohol, and other violations. Public Relations and Security Media Department affirmed the campaign will continue around the clock in all areas of the country to ensure laws are implemented.
