Court sentences expat to ‘death’ for possessing, peddling in drugs

KUWAIT CITY, April 12: The Criminal Court presided over by Judge Abdullah Al- Othman sentenced an expatriate to death over charges of possession and peddling of drugs. The court ascertained that the investigations were accurate and aligned with the confession of the convict.

General Department for Criminal Investigations had arrested the suspect after serious investigations were carried out based on information about his possession of drugs and his involvement in peddling them. When questioned, the suspect admitted the drugs belong to him and he sells them to his clients.
