KUWAIT CITY, June 26: The Court of First Instance ordered an expert at Kuwait Bourse to pay a Kuwaiti man KD64,000 as his share of money earned after a company went into liquidation.

Lawyer Talal Al-Mutairi argued that his client signed an agreement with the defendant, and another person upon which he gave the expert KD40,000 to invest in the Bourse.

They agreed that the expert will be paying the plaintiff KD2,000 every month throughout the oneyear period of agreement. However, the defendant did not remit any money into the plaintiff’s account and this prompted filing of the lawsuit for redress.
